This paper regards land remediation zoning as the research object, not using previous comprehensive partition research township of thought, but takingtown as evaluation unit which according to the different land types of suitabilityevaluation connotation respectively, resulting in agricultural land consolidation, ruralconstruction land consolidation, urban industrial and mining construction landconsolidation, land reclamation and appropriate tillage reserve land resourcesdevelopment suitability evaluation results.According to the appropriate level from highto low is divided into four levels: highly appropriate, suitable, threshold appropriate andinappropriate.Through spatial overlay township and land remediation type get thesuitability matrix, the matrix using the sensitive factor, the threshold, the mostappropriate priority and merge decision-making system consisting of four decisionprinciple, decision and complete the land reclamation partition. The prioritization ofdecision-making system:The first priority principle is the sensitive factor principle, thepreliminary classification according to the general plans for land use in the study arealand reclamation zoning; The second priority principle is the optimum principles andthreshold principle, both for the villages and towns within different suitability forlongitudinal analysis, judgment; The third priority principle is the principle ofapproaching merger, it will be suitable for the villages and towns merge of transverseconcentrated.Through the research get a scientific and rational land remediation zoning, for land reclamation planning of scientific and effective implementation to providetheoretical basis and scientific guidance. This paper uses the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensiveweighted average method, intensive utilization evaluation method and potential surveyevaluation method for land reclamation suitability evaluation, using the technology ofspatial overlay completed suitability matrix, databases, maps and other data, providetechnical support and guarantee for this article. This paper takes Guanghan City,Sichuan Province as an example and applies research ideas and technical method for practice,so that Guanghan City can be dividedinto5remediation zoning. They are respectively:(1)Remediation area of the west-central the agricultural plain which includesXigao town, Xinpin town, Nanfeng town, Xinhua town and Beiwai town mainly makesthe agricultural land consolidation important to develop a certain area of high standardfarmland.(2)Remediation area of the south-western comprehensive optimization oflandscape mainly uses comprehensive improvement as a starting point to optimizeregional landscape and environment through comprehensive improvement of varioustypes of land use.(3)Remediation area of the south-central constructive land which concludesLuocheng town, Xiwai town, Xinfeng town and Sanshui town mainly makesarrangement of urban industrial land important to realize conservation and intensive useof constructive land.(4)Remediation area of the eastern landscape ecology which concludes Songlintown, Hexing town, Lianshan town, and Jinyu town mainly makes land reclamation andreserve land resources suitable for cultivation important to increase the effective amountof arable land, to highlight protecting land resources and to improve regional ecologicalenvironment.(5)Remediation area of the northern countries’ infrastructure which includesXiaohan town, Jinlun town, Xinglong town and Gaoping town mainly makes ruralconstruction land remediation important to improve farmers’ production and livingconditions.
