Research On The Countermeasures Of Agricultural Technology Popularization In Agricultural Colleges And Universities

Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,the government led agricultural technology promotion has made no small contribution to promoting the efficiency of agriculture,increasing grain production,increasing farmers' income and protecting the national food security.With the development of the market economy system,the agricultural science and technology have been greatly improved.The traditional government led agricultural technology extension system can not fully meet the requirements of agricultural and rural modernization,and the combination of scientific research,education and promotion by the University relying on agricultural technology extension can not only make the Agricultural Colleges and universities better give full play to their clothing.The functions of the social service also play an important role in the rapid transformation of agricultural research achievements.The production of grain crops is an important link to ensure the national food security.It is also the key work of agricultural technology popularization in agricultural universities.The development and improvement of its popularization system are of great significance for further improving the conversion rate of related technical achievements of grain crops and ensuring the problem of grain production and safety in China.This article mainly adopts the investigation method and takes the S Kasetsart University as an example to study the current situation and problems of agricultural technology extension of agricultural universities.The results show that the research organization of Agricultural University(rice,maize,Wheat Research Institute)and extension group(Science and technology group,science team,science and Technology)The current situation of promotion mode(base demonstration and promotion,project driven promotion,science and Technology Commissioner and popular science book promotion)is analyzed.The problems are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the instability of the personnel of the promotion team,the lack of special funds for the promotion of agricultural technology,the imperfect management system of the promotion team,the poor agreement between the scientific and technological achievements and the demand of farmers,the lack of innovation of the popularization methods,and the poor coordination and cooperation among the various agencies of the agro technical extension.Finally,in view of the above problems,we put forward the establishment of a special agricultural technology extension organization,to clarify the functions of various departments,to establish a sustainable project fund system,to increase the popularization of funds and the normalization of the investigation of farmers' demand for scientific and technological services,to meet the needs of farmers and to promote the details of the management system,to ensure the basic interests of the members and to play a role.Making modern media audio-visual ports,promoting the rapid dissemination of agricultural information,establishing friendly and cooperative relations in many ways,realizing the effective sharing of high quality resources,and so on,can promote the promotion of agricultural technology in agricultural colleges and universities.
