At present, the Chinese enterprises face the environment which is becoming more and more complex:uncertainty of the market, technology innovation, organization transforming, especially as the world accelerates the process of economic globalization and information technology network, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the market. How to face the challenges? How to maintain their competitive advantage? Competition among modern enterprises is the competition among human beings in the final analysis. How to make a good staff as enterprise’s core competitiveness and how to obtain, lead and develop them have become a focus of attention in human resources management.Performance management is the core part of human resource management, and an effective method for organization. Through the set of the performance targets, the performance of the communication and continuous performance improvement, the performance management achieves enterprise impetus role. In order to improve their competitive ability and market adaptiveness, more and more enterprise managers is trying to focus on and study the performance management of the enterprise.BM company in April 2010, is approved by the municipal state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the establishment of a state-owned chemical enterprises, engaged in the crude benzol processing. Produce and sell the pure benzene, toluene, xylene, heavy benzene and aromatic products. And the company performance management strategic orientation is not strong, existing in the performance management system being not sound and the lack of effective communication and feedback mechanism and other issues have restricted the development of the company.In this paper, according to arousing, analyzing and solving the questions, through the analysis of BM company performance management, finding the BM company the main problems existing in performance management, based on the theory of performance management of related knowledge, according to the reality of the BM company, I redesign the performance management, in order to improve the performance of BM company management level, and to arouse employees’ potential and improve corporate performance beyond maximum limit.On the thesis of the research methods, this paper pays attention to the following several aspects:the combination of theory and practice, on the basis of modern performance management theory, targeted design; Systemic:such fully considering the planning, implementation, evaluation, feedback, complaints, the application of the performance management as some key links, throughout the whole performance management linking up; Practicability:fully considering the company’s internal management practices and employee acceptance, hoping the system can smoothly play a greater benefit in BM company.In this paper, the text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction. Introduce the research background, research purpose and significance, and definite research ideas and methods of the article in this paperThe second chapter is about BM company performance management present situation and the problems. Mainly introduce the BM company company profile, organization structure, human resource status and current performance management situation, and analyze the problems existing in performance management.The third chapter is about BM company performance management redesign. This chapter is the focus of this article, combining with the relevant technology, performance appraisal design including performance plan, implementation, evaluation, feedback, complaints, the application of performance management process, forming the company complete performance management system.The fourth chapter is about the evaluation of BM company performance management system. Mainly evaluate and describe the scheme of the BM company performance management.
