As the market economy, international competition and global markets integrated enterprise competition auto parts buyer on the market to bring more aggravated the difficulties of enterprises, automobile parts enterprises how to improve customer satisfaction, while the rational allocation of internal resources. G Select Paper companies BPR system based on the analysis, combined with value stream analysis method, in BPR process mode according to the actual situation to be corrected. And the use of mathematical statistics, analyze the stability and process capability during operation, through quality data, gross margins, capital turnover rate data, statistical analysis, process analysis and management problems and improvements, in order to achieve effective operation of the process system control, and ultimately improve the ability to meet customer demand and response speed.Firstly, on the basis of the theory of business process reengineering, the proposed business processes G Situation and Problems. Status G’s business processes, including the production capacity of existing business processes, business process value stream and the like. G paper summarizes the problems of the company’s business processes, including inventory, wastage; long lead time, can not meet the requirements of customers; equipment maintenance is not in place, the quality of instability and other issues.Secondly, the paper presents the company’s business process reengineering program G based on the value flow theory. BPR idea is on core competitiveness indicators of decomposition, the value of the enterprise activity stream decomposition, so that part of the enterprise value stream and core competitiveness index can correspond. Business process reengineering in G value stream decomposition, the present study will be divided into eight G’s production stream links traditional values, while focus on business process reengineering programs, including the procurement system, strengthen research and development, production status and other key links, elaborated business management and marketing solutions to improve the process.Finally, the paper presents before has been greatly improved through optimized production process transformation, G’s products flow rate and product quality are optimized with respect to transformation, embodied in the capital turnover rate, a substantial increase in the rate of on-time delivery, quality issues and reduced production costs, increased product gross margin, increase in customer satisfaction. Self-management awareness and enthusiasm of the staff has also been greatly improved, the company’s competitiveness has been greatly improved. Raised attention and participation of senior managers in the security measures, set up key performance indicators, the management team of oversight and employee involvement and other measures.Value Stream Analysis thesis research in the practical application of G Company, the company and other auto parts companies have similar positive guidance, while lean thinking has a certain significance in the specific application of domestic enterprises.
