Research On The Management Of The Core Business Process Of Zaozhuang Power Supply Company

Business Process Management is a new business management theory in recent years that many researchers concern. The business process is the transforming object and the center. Business Process Management regards customer needs and satisfaction as it’s final goal. By rethinking and redesigning the enterprises’ business processes which are in traditional management mode to move ahead of competitors in terms of business performance indicators. With the fundamental changes of the electric power enterprises’ operating environment, enterprises begin to pay more attention to the business process management than functional management. What’s more, the enterprise itself needs to redesign and optimize their own business process in order to improve all of the operational management level.In the thinking of finding, analyzing and solving problems, this article researches the status of the power supply enterprises’ management through in-depth investigation. Taking Zaozhuang power supply company as the research object and using manifold theories, such as Business process、Standardization、Total Quality Management theories, Value Chain and Internal Control Theory and so on, this article demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of process optimization. By establishing the value chain model which has the characteristics of power supply enterprises, the author combed and summarized the core business processes which will influence the company’s all operating efficiency. And then, the author explored actively to optimize these core business processes. In this paper, there are three typical end-to-end core business processes as typical cases and a thinking of the Zaozhuang power supply company process optimization reengineering research. What’s more, this article also pointed out several measures which the power supply company must be carried out when implementing the business process optimization reconstruction.With the deepening of the electric power system reform and the continuous adjustments of the electric power industry strategy, electric power enterprises’social responsibility becomes more and more prominent and these enterprises are facing the pressure of competition which is more and more obvious.
