In this paper the whole process of research, mainly based on the relevant theory of financial evaluation, according to characteristics of engine plant transformation from a complete set of high school project, the financial benefit of project and the financial risk is evaluated.First, this paper introduces the basic theory of project financial evaluation, project financial evaluation means and methods for the study, and the basic situation of project construction was simple overview, fully understand the necessity and significance of the project construction; Second, the project investment is estimated data, analyzes the basic data of the construction of the project, from the profitability and solvency indicators of the project financial benefits were analyzed, concluded that project has good profitability and solvency; Again, the uncertainty risk has carried on the analysis and evaluation of the project, it is concluded that the school recruitment of students scale up to expectations of 52.3% a year, can achieve breakeven; And operating income greater sensitivity to financial benefits of the project, the second is management cost; Finally, analyze the project financial risk assessment, it is concluded that the market risk, management risk and investment risk are the three risks affect financial status of the project, through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of project operation period of the risk of higher should intensify risk monitoring, ensure the project smooth implementation, and according to project risk, proposed the corresponding risk control measures.In this paper, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, from the perspective of financial benefits evaluation index to analyze and evaluate the financial benefit of the project; And by using analytic hierarchy process to the project financial risk evaluation index hierarchy analysis model is established, the project financial risk are analyzed, and USES the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate comprehensive project financial risk evaluation, so that the research of this paper is more scientific and reasonable, for the similar school provides a reference for construction project finance.
