In recent years,while municipal utilities vigorously promoted market-oriented reforms,they also promoted the franchise system,enabling a large number of infrastructure to be invested and built by BOT investors in a growing number of enterprises.For the BOT project,having a good project financial evaluation method can not only provide a reference for the current corporate investment decision-making,but also play a supporting role in enhancing its market competitiveness in the future.However,there is no unified conclusion about the standard method for financial evaluation of BOT projects in our country at present,and there are few methods to measure and evaluate the risk factors of related projects.Therefore,this article considers that it is necessary to study the various types of risk impact and financial evaluation methods of BOT projects,and provide support for the final decision-making of investors.This essay read through many sources from China and foreign countries,obtained some ideas and enlightenments,the enterprise's sewage treatment BOT project was analyzed,first out of the sewage treatment BOT project financial evaluation features,through the sewage treatment BOT project construction investment,According to the analysis of the financial sources,cost,profit source and other factors,the financial evaluation model of the BOT project was established.The study found that the most important risk factors for the BOT project,the related policies and the influent wastewater category are the financial risk factors,And summed up the related risks.Then,these factors were classified from the perspective of financial evaluation.The main risk factors of this project were analyzed and summarized,and the project cases were used to verify.
