After 30 years of rapid development, chain convenience stores have spread all over the main secondary cities of our country,according to the National Bureau of Statistics: 2009, China has 96 chain convenience stores,the number of outlets reached 15,779. Chain Convenience stores has entered the era of intense competition.The formats of the integration and differentiation makes requests to the convenience store industry: First, each region has formed a relatively strong and stable chain brand; The second factor is the pressure from the operating costs, particularly logistics costs and labor costs has been revealed, which restricts the continued development of some brands. Logistics distribution of chain convenience stores is a typical urban distribution, there is the imbalance of the spatial distribution, distribution of multi-objective, the high complexity of logistics demand, and the characteristics of the high polluting to the environment, etc. This makes the efficiency of logistics cost and logistics service quality between the antinomy seems particularly outstanding, it puts forward more severe challenges to chain convenience store’s management: On the one hand, chain convenience stores effectively meet the random demand of the customers, provide electricity, water and other public convenient consumer products; On the other hand, because of the profit motive, it brings the necessary commodity city logistics activities. Chain convenience store, therefore, as an important subject of urban logistics activities, must be on the basis of balance stakeholder needs to sustainable development. Through learning and analyzing predecessors to chain convenience store distribution, and study of city logistics, route optimization methods, found the current chain convenience stores using different distribution model and the corresponding line optimization methods is helpful to improve the chain store customer satisfaction, thus promoting chain convenience store to enhance the brand influence and core competition.And then, we could explore a comparative advantage in the road of sustainable development, and this advantage can be copy to the same city logistics research and exploration.This paper from 36524 NUS convenience stores urban logistics with the characteristics and present situation analysis and research, in view of the change law of retail formats, points out the causes of chain convenience store and the value of existence, explores the domestic chain convenience store logistics distribution problems.Then from the multiple perspectives of urban convenience store chain logistics analysis and find out the methods of urban chain convenience store logistics choice,adopted the saving mileage algorithm to establish 36524 NUS convenience stores city logistics distribution route decision model, and combining the characteristics of the different modes of delivery route optimization sought the entry points and key points. Meanwhile, the proposed shopping on-line distribution network solutions. Finally,Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to 36524 NUS convenience stores distribution mode and route optimization efficiency of the improved comprehensive evaluation,combined with "The last kilometer" phenomenon of urban logistics, and for 36524 NUS convenience stores in designing and improving the logistics distribution experience to carry on the feasibility, in the hope of the corresponding results of portability.
