Human resource outsourcing refers to the enterprise human resources management in classification of the enterprise human resources management function.Company put the function or all of the functions of outsourcing to a third party professional company, in order to save the limited resources which are mainly return to core business and so as to reduce the cost of human resources, promote the transformation of human resources, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the Internet age and the era of knowledge economy, human resources outsourcing has become the important means to maintain enterprises’ core competitiveness and effective allocation of corporate resources, and also is the new trend of human resource management. A company is a business enterprise who was established in 2006. Take the express of the Internet and electricity suppliers, A company in the clothing design, shop building and apparel sales field gradually gain a firm foothold, expanding the size of the enterprise. However, with the increase in the number of companies and employees, human resource management has brought a number of problems. Staff recruitment shortage, lack of effective means of performance appraisal and salary level and the disjointed market reflects the company’s human resources management professional, so human resources outsourcing into the choice of a company. Through literature research and empirical analysis, theory of human resources outsourcing company with a combination of human resources outsourcing practice, based on the company’s internal and external environment and the present situation of human resource management, we want to explore what is the human resources outsourcing model, the carries on the human resources outsourcing risk aversion and how to implement the human resources outsourcing.Firstly we describe the theory of human resource outsourcing, human resource outsourcing meaning, content and mode are introduced, and the principal-agent theory, core competence theory and transaction cost theory to architecture of human resources outsourcing theory foundation. Then on the basis of theoretical analysis of A company SWOT analysis, we analysis the current development of the company’s internal and external environment, point out the opportunities and challenges faced by A company. And then through the contact of relevant personnel to understand the company’s human resources management functions and status quo, through human resource planning, staff recruitment, staff training, salary management and employee incentive status analysis, we pointed out how A company carry out human resources outsourcing and what is outsourcing of the favorable conditions, and analysis of the relevant income and if possible after the implementation of the risk. Finally, we design A company’s human resource outsourcing program, including the design principle, design process and design content of outsourcing. And from the human resource planning, staff recruitment, staff training, salary management, employee motivation and other content to analyze how A company’s risk identification, and proposed A company to implement human resource outsourcing security measures.Human resource outsourcing is a hot direction of enterprise human resources management in recent years, we hope that through a case study of human resources outsourcing a company not only for a company of human resources outsourcing provide theoretical guidance and also for other enterprises to implement human resources outsourcing certain reference.
