Cryptography is one of the most important part of information security,is a crucial part of government departments,national security departments,important infrastructure,important business activities and Internet communications.In recent years,with the continuous progress of electronic computers,information security vulnerabilities and theft incidents occur frequently,traditional cryptography is facing unprecedented threats and challenges,but also to the information security industry has brought huge space for development.S company's special communication product is an innovative cryptographic technology product,which has great advantages in ensuring communication security,and has extremely important application value in strategic industries and departments with high requirements for communication confidentiality,such as national defense,government affairs,energy,finance.Although it has advanced technical strength,the engineering application time cycle of this special communication product is very short,which leads to many problems: product R&D,production capacity,product quality,and low user satisfaction.This thesis focuses on the current situation and improvement of special communication products of S company,based on the background and product status of S company,aiming at the special communication product problems of S company,collect relevant data,research around the current situation of product R&D,production capacity,supply chain and product quality,analyze the problems and causes through data analysis,comparative analysis,AHP and other methods,and finally,Using relevant theories and tools to solve these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement plans to help s company solve the existing problems of its special communication products and improve the customer satisfaction with the products.
