Since 2000,the CPC central committee leadership to support the development of xichuan county agriculture,rural farmers since the development of ecological agriculture support policy, xichuan county government seize the historical opportunity of south- to- north water transfer project, the comprehensive development of ecological agriculture and ecological tourism development together.Xichuan county in the hope that see mountains,hope to get water, remember the nostalgia for the idea,in carrying forward the water source of south-to-north water transfer project residents’ s home we in the spirit of immigrants in the meantime, to protect the water source of middle route project of the ecological environment to achieve the concept of ecological tourism and ecological agriculture mutual impetus,fully mobilize the participation of the masses,which allows businesses to get benefit,and let the farmers benefit,water quality and protected.Let the water clear,the people rich “win-win”situation for sustainable development.Ecological tourism different from the traditional tourism, it is to protect natural environment and cultural ecology system,for the purpose of both social benefits and ecological benefits of an activity.As people living standard is low, the increase in leisure time,more and more people to escape the noisy and tension of urban life,but choose to stay away from the city,taking breaks into nature relive history around,feel different ground amorous feelings,and relax the mood,to a certain extent also accelerated the rapid development of ecotourism.On controlling environmental pollution,this paper is to improve the xichuan ecological environment,water ecological tourism development,thus promoting xichuan problem for the sustainable development of agricultural economy, through the analysis of the ecological agriculture and ecological tourism of xichuan county existing situation and the existi ng problems and put forward the organic combination of ecological tourism and farmers to get rich,to strengthen the development of traditional agriculture, guide the development of efficient ecological agriculture,to help local the rapid development of regional economy,and greatly improve the local ecological environment, is conducive to better development of ecological tourism.Based on the field survey and literature analysis,for about the water source of middle route project and analyzes the concept of ec ological tourism,analyzed the influence of the water source of middle route project for ecological tourism,and SWOT factors analysis method to find the factors affecting the development of xichuan ecological tourism,combined with the analysis of ecological tourism at home and abroad successful cases,suggestions to consummate the water source of middle route project of the construction of the ecological tourism.
