Clothing enterprises is influenced by season and popular trend, short production cycle, the demand for the information on the market and so on, these characteristics determine the clothing industry must timely grasp the market information. But the existing e-commerce mode cannot make consumer demand information, raw material supply information and enterprise internal information into a system.Besides the existing e-commerce mode can’t feedback each link information of the industrial chain timely.So, China’s garment enterprises urgently need to use the entire e-commerce model which link the upstream and downstream of the enterprise.But the whole enterprises of clothing have not fully implement e-commerce at present.Because the entire e-commerce is still in the early stages of the application. Thus the study of the key factors for the clothing enterprises implement the entire process of e-commerce have great significance.The paper based on the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of our country’s clothing enterprise in the aspects of using the entire e-commerce.And then the paper combined literature review with the expert opinions for factor sets.And using the factor analysis method to determine the seven key influencing factors,they are the clothing enterprise information level,commercial confidentiality,clothing enterprise electronic commerce,clothing industry chain integration level,small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems,the entire e-commerce personnel problems,the enterprise whole management level.And using the ISM structure model constructed five system of the hierarchical structure model which sets out the relations between the hierarchy display factors clearly.The paper put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the seven aspects of the key factors which based on the empirical analysis and theoretical model analysis.The suggestions promote the development the entire electronic commerce for clothing enterprise.
