As China reached an agreement on textile trade with the western world, our country temporarily gained a relatively stable environment on garment exports, but the industry is still heavily dependent on labor cost advantages and the characteristics of weak competitiveness has not changed. However, garment enterprises can take the initiative to adapt to changes in the international market procurement and improve their own competitiveness through creating agile supply chain and third-party supply chain management services.Building up a platform of supply chain management for the e-commerce at an apparel exporting enterprise is to comply with variety and complexity of its demand from the foreign retailers and their procurement on the garments; is also an execution on an operational strategy to shorten the time of delivery. By analyzing the nature, characteristic, reaction mechanism of agile supply chain for garment business, garment industry and international garment market, this paper is to put forward the operation mode of agile supply chain on the E-commerce platform for all our garment exporting enterprises to come up with the strategy of quick response (QR). This is to say: to set up the core of virtual organization at the garment exporting enterprises; to execute the strategy of quick response; to strengthen the construction of information; to operate the advanced equipments like CAD, CAM, etc.; to adjust the flow of production to compromise the sizable tailored requirements; to form up an agile logistic system. The best supply chain is not only for the highest speed, the lowest cost, but also must be agile, adaptable and aligned (3 "A"). Finally, this article takes Chunyu company as an example to describe a successful third-party supply chain management services strategy.
