This paper underlines the importance of corporate social responsibility and its contents, analyzes the close relationship between corporate social responsibility and human resource management. Combining with Chinese national conditions, this paper selects company A as the investigation case to demonstrate the negative impact on the society and enterprises from the lack of corporate social responsibility of Chinese enterprises. This paper gives advice about how to improve the unmatured human resources management system of Chinese enterprises, and to enhance legislation of government to social responsibility of enterprise. With the research of the relationship between the human resource management and social responsibility of enterprises, this paper tries to build up the brand-new human resources management with social responsibility, which will implement modern management mode and management innovation, improve enterprise human resources management level, promote the enterprise staff quality, and improve the quality of our products. So as to fulfill the social responsibility of the enterprises, achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise and human society.There is a strong relationship between the activity of enterprise human resources management and the enterprise society responsibility. The implement of social responsibility firstly need internal human resources management department stick to the social responsibility principle. The social responsibility of the enterprise can supply the enterprise staff with a high degree of identity and pride, which will increase the staff’s working efficiency, reduce the brain drain rate, help to produce higher quality product, even attract more customers and bring greater economic benefits. As an important member of the international economy, Chinese enterprises, who intent to become bigger and stronger across the world, must learn advanced management system, and realize the importance and practical significance of corporate social responsibility. With the in-depth research, about the relationship between human resource management and social responsibility, they can effectively integrate the two efforts, which will help the inclusion of concept of corporate social responsibility in human resource management of each business.In China the study of social responsibility of enterprises is on the initial stage. It is a long journey for enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility. There should be the cooperation among the government’s policy guidance, legal laws and regulations, and the strategic planning from enterprise human resources management department, and the promotion of staff’s consciousness etc,. Only when the enterprises fulfill social responsibility at the level of staff, the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises and human can be realized.
