The Research On The Issue Of The Corporate Social Responsibility In Our Country At The View Of The Stakeholders

Corporate social responsibility has always been the concerns of societies.Long ago,many Western developed countries have launched the protection of the consumer interests.Although China has introduced the concept of corporate social responsibility relatively late,corporate responsibility has also made a significant progress in China.Today with the rapid economic development,corporates,in order to maximize their economic interests,blindly expand their production scale,business scope,but ignore their social responsibility.Especially in recent years,corporate responsibility accidents call our attention on corporate social responsibility issues.Many companies began to strengthen the construction of corporate responsibility in the society called.This paper is mainly from the perspective of stakeholders on corporate social responsibility to explore the corporate social responsibility.The stakeholder theory specifies the objects of the corporate social responsibility,clearly points out the relationship between stakeholders and corporate social responsibility,which show the direction for our construction corporate social responsibility.The paper also describes the concept of corporate social responsibility,attributes,and its development,and analyzes the main features of the corporate responsibility in China in different periods and different areas,combined with the realities of China now.Furthermore,this paper analyzes existing problems of our corporate responsibility in many areas including the production and living,environmental protection,and presents a systematic analysis of the causes,by drawing on the experience of the Western developed countries.Considering the realities of our country,this paper proposes a series of corporate social responsibility programs,such as the construction of corporate responsibility in human rights,security,production,environmental protection,corporate culture,etc.,through legislation,public opinion,accountability,protection mechanisms,and through these mechanisms to oversee the construction of corporate responsibility,making corporate responsibility more scientific and reasonable.
