Along with fast transformation of the pace of marketization of real estate industry, the industry must according to its own characteristics and the condition of resource accumulation positive adjustment, change, strengthen the management of housing development and control.But at present housing development and control management has not fully brought to the attention of the Property company, in real estate development project planning phase unreasonable resource allocation, planning execution phase node execution without control, complete the top, after the completion of the project plan evaluation and knowledge accumulation deficiency.Therefore, the study of the project planning and control is very necessary.Shenyang Jitian Property co., LTD. as a developers has its own brand, business scope for the housing development,and commercial housing sales.Shenyang Jitian Property co., LTD.
