With the rapid development of our country,the demand for vehicle of people all over the world continued to rise,and also the performance of the vehicle tends to be intelligent.More and more young people like their refitted vehicle,and self-driving travel.Thus the purpose of vehicle tend to be diversified.In recent years,people's perception of the vehicle has risen to cultural field,which means the vehicle has been regarded as cultural elements,so it forms"the vehicle cultural".However,the vehicle cultural is a kind of newly-developing cultural industries.It needs more and more cooperative development,which include the constructing of commercial real estate,the repacking market,the auto parts market and so on.In order to satisfy the needs of the public,it needs to construct the cool auto city for the vehicle lovers as soon as possible.Commercial real estate,which has long development cycle,and be effected by the policy and regional planning,and the climate and other natural factors.Commercial real estate projects have some characteristics,like the long cycle,the larger scale,the large investment,the large risk,and the project need to be finished within the prescribed time and also the opening time,it will have directly influence on the project itself of economic benefits by advance or delay.Therefore,to making effective project planning and control in the process of the project,in order to improve the management level,and to improve the managerial methods,it has very important significance to the project management.Construction project schedule management and control management is based on the expected implementation of the project goals,in order to develop a reasonable project schedule,and in the process of the project implementation,the project schedule management and control management will always track the progress of the project by real-time,also find out the difference between the actual progress of the project and expected project schedule and analyses the cause in order to explores the ways to solve the problem,and make a new schedule according to the introduction of the actual situation,in order to achieve the purpose of schedule control,to ensure the effective implementation of the project schedule,also to achieve the optimal schedule.This topic,which studied by using the theory and practical innovation pattern,uses the project of SYNE commercial real estate projects in Shenyang commercial projects as the research object,and refers to the relevant literature to analysis the SYNE commercial real estate project,contents the analysis which covers overall project schedule and project requirements analysis,project overall positioning and project analysis which may affect the expected benefits,the project investment plans and the impact of the project resources,project funding and hematopoietic capacity analysis,project objective analysis.It will be combined with the theoretical basis of the project schedule and control,and the actual situation of the project and targets of the development project schedule arrangements,and apply the work breakdown structure o obvious the project deliveries of SYNE.Make good control of the time nodes,in the process of the project implementation,the project schedule management and control management will always track the progress of the project by real-time,in order to make timely feedback and make control of the error progress,and ultimately it will come to a feasible project targeted control program which will also be practical,and be pointed.
