Abstract/Summary:
Hainan Province, a major agricultural population, how to increase the income of farmers has always been the focus of attention of every government. From China’s economic growth into the "new normal" at the present stage of national conditions and the current situation of agricultural development in Hainan Province, the "three rural" issue is still the key factor in the economic speed of Hainan province. The core issue of "three rural" is the farmer problem, the key to solve the problem of farmers is the problem of farmers income, how to ensure the steady and rapid growth of the income of farmers is the key to solve the problem of farmers’ income. From the perspective of the changes in the income structure of farmers to reveal the growth of farmers’ income, which is the perspective of this study.First of all, this article first to the problem of increasing farmers’ income related theory to carry on the review and comb. First of all define the concept of the farmers’ income, farmers’ income and related theory. Then reviews the changes in farmers’ income in Hainan province from 1987 to 2014, and by grey correlation degree and the empirical analysis, the farmers’ income and constitute the relationship between each factor and the relationship between the farmers’ income and economic growth, and analyzes the current restriction the structural problems of farmers’ income in Hainan province. Again from the source of income form four aspects, namely the family business income, salary income, income of property income, metastatic respectively analyze the factors that restrict them. Finally, respectively, the farmers’ income four aspects put forward the corresponding policy Suggestions and countermeasures.
