With the rapid development of science and technology after 1950 s, more agricultural machineries, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, agricultural films and other supplies have been used in agricultural production, which makes agricultural production develop unprecedentedly. In the meantime, increasingly serious negative effects appear gradually, which makes environmental assessment of agricultural production an significant hot issue to be solved.Environmental performances of 37 cities’ crop production from 2005 to 2013 in the northeast China have been assessed from natural and managerial disposability perspectives in the study. Corresponding conclusions are as follows:(1)Present situation of carbon emissions in the northeast China are quite different, and carbon emissions of corn planting gradually diminish from northeast to northwest.(2) Efficiency under natural disposability presents on evident trend of decline; Regional differences of 37 cities are not obvious; Chemical fertilizer and pesticide usage of crop production are unreasonable.(3) Efficiency under managerial disposability presents on evident trend of rise; Conservation tillage plays a role in promoting environmental performance of crop production.(4) In order to develop the environmental performances of crop production, government will have to make greater efforts to popularize conservation tillage technologies and execute strict control over market circulations of high residual pesticides.
