Financial institutions are the main body of the financial system, and the commercial banks are the most important part of the financial institutions, which can be regarded as the lifeblood of the national economic development. With the gradual liberalization of the financial industry, financial innovation speed, Internet banking and other threats to the dominant position of commercial banks. In recent years, commercial banks continue to accelerate the pace of building a modern bank, in 2014, the Bank of China to achieve after tax profit of 177 billion 200 million yuan, the results were significant. But by 2015, China’s banking sector has appeared in the "big face", the high rate of non-performing loans, non-performing loans over trillion yuan. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the advanced, scientific and complete performance evaluation system. D branch of Construction Bank Shenzhen city was established more than twenty years, attaches great importance to product innovation and service optimization, expanding the scope of business, product richness and constantly enhance. But the performance appraisal process optimization problem has not been paid attention to,.This paper is divided into six parts, to where the author work unit as the breakthrough point, and strive to scientific methods and tools to design and Construction Bank Shenzhen City D branch performance evaluation index and assessment method of guarantee Construction Bank Shenzhen Branch and branch D performance index based on strategic objectives can be achieved. The first part is the introduction, this part summarizes the research background, significance, purpose, gives the research ideas, research contents, research methods and innovative points of the thesis; the second part is the overview of the relevant basic theories, in addition, this chapter also refer to a lot of research methods and logical thinking, after reading a large number of domestic and foreign works, the depth of fusion, to further understand the current research frontier; in the third part, this paper analyzes the Shenzhen Construction Bank D branch performance management status and evaluation of process optimization necessity, on the foundation of China Construction Bank Shenzhen branch of the D, analyzes the existing CCB Shenzhen branch D the problem of performance management, points out the construction of the Shenzhen branch of the D performance evaluation of the necessity of process optimization; in the fourth part, the Construction Bank of Shenzhen City Branch D In the fifth part of the paper, the implementation of the Shenzhen D sub branch performance evaluation process optimization of the implementation of security measures were summarized.
