Study On The Coordinated Development Of Economic Society And Energy Environment In Developing Countries

Global climate change poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of human and ecological environment,and restricted the rapid development of economic and social. The control of energy consumption and total amount of carbon emission has become a common concern in today’s society. In recent years,the development of the industrialization in China consumes a lot of energy,a lot of greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. Energy security, environmental security has become an important bottleneck restricting the rapid development of China’s economy-society. The coordinated development of economy-society and energy- environment is the key problem to be solved in the process of industrialization in China. In this paper,the evaluation model of economy-society and energy- environment coupling coordinated development is established,this paper selected BRIC "Brazil,India,Chinese and" four Asian Tigers "in Thailand and Malaysia as study objects and study the coordinated development trend and the leading factor of the economic and social development in the developing countries,and to explore the strategy of the coordinated development of the economy and society in the developing countries. Evaluation results show that Brazil,India,Thailand,Malaysia,China’s economy-society and energy-environment coupling coordinated development degree were "U" type change trend,but the "U" trend is not obvious, the transition between the coordinated development and the development of the near- and intermediate- level coordination. Only Brazil has a good tendency in all aspects,and achieved good coordination and development level in 2011. In addition to China,the rest of the four countries of the inflection point appeared in the end of 1990 s,this is inseparable from the financial crisis in 1997 and until the beginning of twenty-first Century,countries began to recover the economic development. At the same time pay attention to the use of alternative energy sources,which makes the energy consumption and carbon emissions began to decline,the coordination degree increased gradually. And China because of the reform and opening up policy and national conditions determine its inflection point appeared in the late eighty’s,and due to the technical level of the reasons,continued for more than ten years,in 2003 the economic level of the coordinated development of energy and environment. Above all, improving energy development mode and policy, improving the level of energy saving technology and low carbon technology,finding and developing alternative energy and clean energy,implementing the energy structure diversification strategy and encouraging the use of renewable energy are an important strategy to promote the development of economy and society and energy environment.
