Talent is one of the key driving elements to an organization in the fierce competition in the global business environment. Accordingly the human resource management, especially the Performance Compensation management plays a more and more important role in a company. As the core part in human resourcing management, Performance Compensation management combined the into position goal setting, recruitment, training employee relation and director labor cost into a whole system which becomes a critical factor for a company to win.Effective Performance Compensation system is a strong tool to improve employee’s motivation and creation, improve employee satisfaction; Reasonable Performance Compensation system can help create an environment which is unit the benefit of the company and employee as a whole to fulfil company’s culture and vision, strategic purpose. Scientific Performance Compensation system is also help to in stimulate employee to decrease the product cost and strengthen company competition ability in the market.This paper’s investigation is based on a US-owned fast growing Electronic manufacturing company. Like most foreign-owned company open-up in China, it is lack of experience of managing resource with local environment. Especially, HR management is more complex compared with other areas, it needs more investigation and continuous development.Using modern Performance Compensation management theories, by the method of management interviews, on-site observation and employee survey, this paper studies and analyzes the job description and production employee’s main features. Combined with the lean manufacturing management, company goal is decomposed into job requirement. Measurable key performance indicators are set on every production position based on which the evaluation standards, evaluation period and evaluation structure are designed for a simply, reasonable and easy-executable Performance Compensation management proposal.
