Compared with traditional logistics industry, express has more flexible features, online shopping express is a bridge between the electronic commerce enterprise and the final consumer, is also the key role in electronic commerce supply chain.This paper analyzes the express industry in china now. The problem is that the express delivery service quality is low, the utilization of resources is not reasonable, and profitability is not high. This paper thinks that synergistic online shopping express is the way to solve these problems, after the analysis of the literature.Collaborative supply chain needs to establish alliances, scheduling management and control of the supply chain. This paper virtualizes and services logistics resources. These services can be used as needed. This paper puts forward link cooperation express mode an online orders express service can be distributed to different express service provider and delivery resources. This cooperation need task decomposition.We propose some coordination mechanism to promote the efficient collaboration. I propose order allocation method based on Link cooperation. This method is based on the multi-objective programming approach. On the basis of the establishment of service level index we evaluate the express resources.Finally, in e-commerce logistics, distribution of profits is discussed by the two-stage method for allocation of profits. Two-stage method promotes collaboration between the courier service providers effectively, and leads to the effective integration of resources.
