Since 1990s, competition is more and more fierce with the change of consumer demand, social economic and developing productivity, which has change the influencing factors of enterprise's competition and turn the competition between enterprises into the competition between supply chains. Under the background, the profit allocation and risk pooling problems arise, which are go with the supply chain cooperation for the enterprises in supply chain are self-governed.This paper studies mainly on the problem of cooperation profit allocation and risk pooling. Firstly, as the bases of the profit allocation modeling, this paper analyzes the constitution, characteristic and principal of the revenue sharing in supply chain. Moreover, it analyzes the matters of market risk, technology risk and cooperation risk in supply chain cooperation from the point of risk engender, risk assort, risk control and risk pooling.Secondly, three representative revenue sharing profit allocation model are presented which include profit allocation model base on the Shapley value, profit allocation model base on resources and contribution rate and optimal modulus model. From different angle, three models analyze the profit allocation and risk pooling problem.At last, some qualitative comparisons are presented to analyze the risk pooling in three profit allocation models and some suggestions on the apply of supply chain profit allocation.
