Due to the influence of environment to an enterprise, whether internal or external, were changing along with the advance of society, this then affecting the enterprise for the development of cognitive no longer limited to pure profit index, but more and more attention on sustainable development, can not at the expense of the environment, culture, to promote the development of the enterprise,we need based on the long-term view, find the balance fulcrum in the sustainable development of economic and non-economic factors.With the balanced scorecard (BSC) model is proposed,there have a lot of theoretical research, and extends out of a lot of new evaluation system, from a macro perspective, however, is based on the different concept of evaluation to made a segmentation and reconstruction on the factors which influencing the internal and external of enterprise. "All roads lead to Rome", the performance evaluation system have no the best, only the most suitable, for a company, an industry, an era of development. So this article, in the research of enterprise performance evaluation, attempts to based on the relatively perfect system of the balanced scorecard framework for analysis model, at the same time introduced in an accordance with the sustainable development of the era characteristic evaluation concept, through the analysis of the existing theoretical literature research, in line with the principles of some methods of application of Analytic Hierarchy Process, build a set of performance evaluation system of sustainable development of enterprise which based on the BSC, and used to the steel industry as an example for practical application research. |
