Study On The Construction And Consummation Of The Residents’ Healthcare Insurance System In The Process Of Urbanization

China’s urbanization rate has reached 56.1 percent in 2015, with the accelerating process of urbanization, more and more farmers turns into urban residents, but the traditional new type of cooperative rural healthcare insurance, basic healthcare insurance for urban residents have been unable to meet the people’s medical treatment needs. Therefore, deal with construction issues urbanization process in China’s healthcare insurance system. It is of great significance to study of the integration of urban and rural healthcare insurance system, which can guarantee the physical fit of citizens, maintain social stability, and promote urban-rural integration.Bulding Zhengding new district is one of the important strategy in developing and expanding of the central city for Hebei Province. The construction of Zhengding new district starting since 2010, after years of efforts, The new district has established a healthcare insurance system for urban residents covering most of the population. Considering the high rate of coverage and medicare benefits, the healthcare insurance system construction has made a big achievement.However, due to the characteristics of Zhengding new district itself, the new district healthcare system has some problems in the real operation.This essay made analysis on the healthcare insurance system of Zhengding new district at two angles: the convergence and integration of urban and rural healthcare insurance system.This essay can be divided into four sections: The first section includes ChapterⅠ and Chapter Ⅱ, I analyzed the research background and meaning of the healthcare insurance system in the process of urbanization in Chapter Ⅰ, Chapter Ⅱ includes the literature review and theoretical basis.The second section includes Chapter Ⅲ and Chapter Ⅳ, this section is the general introduction of healthcare insurance system of Zhengding new district and I analyzed the problem in the system. The third section includes Chapter V, introduced advanced healthcare insurance models in different countries and region, and provides some experience for the construction of new district‘s healthcare insurance system. The last section includes chapter VI, in this section, I put forward some proposals for the construction of healthcare insurance system in the process of urbanization.
