Research On Project Cost Control Of WSHH Software Outsourcing Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of the degree of electronic information, the status of software outsourcing needs in the process of the internal information of the enterprise. However, in recent years, although the whole software outsourcing industry is still in the stage of rapid development, but with the gradual decline in population bonus, the profitability of software outsourcing projects has weakened, the software outsourcing contractors need to explore a new type of project management model in the implementation process of the project. Under the premise of the project time, cost, and quality of the three major objectives, optimize the cost control, at the same time to maximize profits.In the cost of software outsourcing project, the project operation cost, the research and development of hardware and equipment cost, R & D software tools cost three major cost is the basic variable of the rigid cost, and the cost of the other major human costs, its input is the direct impact of the project cycle. So the project cost control to some extent into the human input cost control, and equivalent to the project cycle control, and project cycle control and project management level has a direct link. The main purpose of this paper is to find out some project management method, which can not only deliver high quality delivery outsourcing project on time, but also avoid the cost of the project.From the standpoint of outsourcing contractor, the project management is based on the project management of WSHH company, and the cost of the project management is analyzed.
