A City Power Company Prominent Problem Of Safety Management And Countermeasure Research

Since power supply enterprise is a critical part of economic infrastructure in the national economy, its power supply security is related to all walks of life and every household. At present, the task of power supply enterprise reform, development and stability is very difficult, it’s onerous to innovate concept of safety, strengthen the safety foundation, eliminate the potential safety hazard. The accidents which are endanger the safety of power system occur occasionally, unable to eradicate life or personal injury accident completely, the safety work still cannot achieve controllable, under control and able to control requirements. Overall, impact and the deep-seated contradictions and problems which restrict the development of the power supply enterprise safety in the short term is difficult to fundamentally solved, under the new situation, there are new problem, new contradiction and challenges, power supply enterprise safety situation is not optimistic.Based on the system theory as the guiding principle of the safety management countermeasures, this article focus on the prominent problem of power enterprise safety management, from how to build the safety management system, the prevention and control system, the responsibility implement, staff training, safety culture and emergency response in six aspects, to establish countermeasure and strengthen safety management foundation of power supply company.At first, this paper discusses the background, researching methods and possible innovations of setting up the safety management standardization of power supply enterprise, and elaborates the current situation and shortcomings of domestic and international safety management standardization research. Secondly, it introduces the basic concepts and theories of safety management standardization, summarizes the management approach of safety management standardization of power supply enterprise, describes the key points of safety management of a power supply enterprises in provincial A, and simply analyzes the reasons of safety management in the presence of six aspects against the problems of safety management in the power supply enterprises in provincial A. In addition, guided by the system principle, this paper reconstructs and integrates the contents of power supply enterprises safety management, from how to build a safety management standardization system, prevention and control system, responsibility, personnel training, safety knowledge and emergency treatment and other six aspects to develop countermeasures, in order to achieve the purpose of building safety management standardization. At the end of this paper, the main results of this study are concluded, and the shortcomings of this study are pointed out.
