Research On The Information Sharing Mode Of Logistics Enterprises Under The Concept Of Sharing Economy

Whenever China’s online shopping carnival,China’s logistics companies are puzzled by mountains of parcels that is beyond logistics corporation’s ability or distribution delay.Even on usual days without online shopping carnival,some logistics companies face high cost problems due to geographical reasons or traffic reasons.One of the main reasons for these problems is caused by no sharing information or the lack of sharing of information among logistics enterprises which lead to capacity insufficient or low efficiency.The key to solve this problem is that the information sharing between logistics enterprises and logistics enterprises can utilize the logistics resources of each other to optimize the distribution network;the information sharing between logistics enterprises and other participants can utilize the idle resources of all parties,especially the information for the public to participate.Information sharing can greatly improve distribution efficiency and solve the problem of warehouse explosion or slow delivery.This paper first defines and classifies logistics enterprises through literature analysis and the needs of this paper.The logistics enterprises are divided into six categories.That is,transportation type,storage type,distribution type,freight forwarding type,express type and comprehensive type.Secondly,this paper studies logistics information and defines it as generalized logistics information,which not only refers to the information related to logistics activities,but also the related information covering the whole supply chain activities.Thirdly,through literature analysis,using information asymmetry theory,asymmetric information game theory and endowment effect combined with the actual situation of logistics industry,six classification indicators of logistics enterprise information sharing model are obtained,namely the degree of resource integration and the extensiveness of participants,the scope of information sharing,the degree of information sharing,the advancement of data technology,and the security of data have been quantified.In addition,this paper divides the information sharing mode of existing logistics enterprises into three categories through the number of excellent indicators,namely:the big data platform logistics information sharing mode with three excellent indicators,only one excellent indicator of everyone logistics information sharing mode and no excellent indicator of similar e-commerce logistics information sharing mode.Finally,this paper establishes a measurement method of information sharing ability of logistics enterprises under the concept of sharing economy,and uses examples to verify its feasibility and effectiveness.Under the guidance of the concept of sharing economy,especially based on Internet platform,mass participation,the rapid flow of idle resources,focusing on the characteristics of user experience,and according to the corresponding principles,combined with theoretical basis,practical basis and technological basis,the information sharing mode of logistics enterprises under the concept of sharing economy is constructed.The information sharing mode of logistics enterprises under the concept of sharing economy is divided into ecommerce platform module,operation platform module,data laboratory module,supply chain financial platform module according to functions.The information sharing between the respective modules adopts peer-to-peer information sharing mode and star-shape information sharing mode.This model can not only overcome the shortcomings of the existing information sharing mode of logistics enterprises,but also help solve the problem of slow distribution and parcels explosion of logistics enterprises.Finally,this paper establishes a measurement method of information sharing ability of logistics enterprises under the concept of sharing economy,and uses examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness.
