Study Of Logistics Cost Control Of HY Group Based On QFD

At present, there has been a significant difference in logistics efficiency between our country and the developed countries. Thus, manufacturing enterprises have paid much attention to logistics cost control.However, studies of logistics cost control in sales and service enterprises have been insufficient and imperfect. Many such enterprises have achieved little in logistics cost. There are a lot of lo gistics cost control methods, and QFD method is one of them. This dissertation attempts to explore the applications of QFD method and model to logistics cost control of the sales and service enterprises.First, this dissertation summarizes the related literatures of enterprise logistics cost and QFD applications at home and abroad. Second, on the basis of the analysis of logistics cost control in HY Group, this dissertation establishes an improved QFD model for logistics cost control in HY Group. According to the steps in the model, by literature review, interview, questionnaire survey and dataanalysis, we obtain the relevant data. And finally we calculate the logistics cost control measures for HY group by Super Decision software.The three main conclusions have been drawn. First, according to the practice of logistics control in HY Group, we divide the logistics costs into five aspects: accessories procurement cost, the internal logistics cost, sales logistics cost, return logistics cos t and second-handed machinery trade cost. Second, considering the flexibility of QFD model and the specific situation of HY Group, we make some improvements in the initial structure the house of quality(roof, ceiling, left wall, room, right wall, basement), which focuses on the house’s "left wall", "ceiling", "roof" and "room". And the improved model is constructed. Third, according to Super Decision, the results show that the weights of the equipment control, specific means control, personnel control are 17.2%, 40.4%, and 42.4%, respectively.Finally, on the basis of the above conclusions, this dissertation puts forward suggestions in terms of improving the quality of the enterprise management personnel, enhanc ing the operational efficiency of logistics operation and executive ab ility, adopting the mode of the supply chain management, which provide a reference for HY Group for logistics cost reduction.
