Study On Enterprise’s Logistics Quality Cost Control

Logistics quality and cost are the key factors for enterprises to remaincore-competitiveness and competitive advantage. How to organically combine and unitizelogistics quality cost, it needs to balance and control logistics quality cost, in order to improvethe management level and economic benefits of enterprise, enhance its competitive ability inthe industry. Study on enterprise’s logistics quality cost control during its business andmanagement has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory analysis of the logistics quality and logistics cost of domestic andabroad, analyze the current situation, problems and reasons of enterprise logistics quality costcontrol. Comprehensively analyzed the quality cost model based on the prevention cost,appraisal cost and the internal and external loss cost. Establish an index system of enterprise’slogistics quality cost control. The index system has4primary indexes: prevention cost,appraisal cost, internal loss cost and external loss cost, and17secondary indexes, such aslogistics quality cost training, logistics quality management activities, logistics qualityimprovement measures etc..Then, use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to assignweights to enterprise quality cost index. Analyze and evaluate the current situation ofenterprise’s logistics cost by Feigenbaum-Juran cost model and Likert scale method, andobtain control suggestion of logistics quality cost.Taking BAOGANG products logistics center as an example, it shows that the built indexcould make enterprise to realize balance and coordination between logistics quality and cost，and make logistics quality cost be best level, improve enterprise’s competitiveness andeconomic benefits at the same time.
