The environmental problem has become increasingly serious with the rapid development of economy. As a result, the development of new energy vehicles gets more widespread attention from the world, which leads to a series of policies and measures of new energy vehicle industry being introduced throughout the world. As one of the eight emerging strategic industries, the new energy automotive industry in China has enacted and implemented a series of industrial policies so as to propel the rapid development of it. After having made the specific analysis of the domestic and foreign related literature, the researcher has found that the research of new energy automotive industry primarily centering on the current situation and policy analysis, lacking of the related research on the performance evaluation of industrial policy,. However, how will the policy be put into practice will directly have an influence on the effect of development speed of new energy vehicles.From the perspective of policy performance, this article analyzes literature review relating to new-energy automobile industry. It combines related theory in industrial policy performance to explore how industrial policies affect industrial development path, and gives empirical analysis according to the current situation of the development of new energy automotive industry. The data about input-output is unavailable. Because of it, the author conducts questionnaire surveys and consults relevant information. And based on it, it makes a reasonable evaluation on new-energy automobile industry policy by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.I hope that this study can broaden the awareness about new-energy automobile industry policy performance, which can put forward some relevant policies and measures to promote industrial development and improve industrial’s competitiveness, and can provide policy reference for related decision-making departments.
