Comprehensive Evaluation And Spatial Spillover Effect Of Open Economy In Yangtze River Delta

The Yangtze River Delta area passes river and reaches sea,inherits the east and west,connects the north and the south,has advantaged location advantage,degree of opening to the outside world is high,is our country opening economy excellent typical model,is our country participates in opening to the outside world activity important constituent strength.In the new era of comprehensively deepening reform and opening up,analyzing the general situation of the development of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta is helpful to better understand the advantages of the development of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta;It is of great practical and theoretical significance to comprehensively evaluate the development level of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta and explore the influencing factors of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on this,this paper analyzes the development status of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta,constructs the evaluation index system of the open economy,uses the Theil index to discuss the regional differences in the Yangtze River Delta,carries out the global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation test,and finally carries out an empirical study to explore the spatial spillover effect of the influential factors of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta on the region by using the spatial Dubin model.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:Through the establishment of the index system,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang have strong advantages in the level of open economy development in the whole country.The level of economic opening in Anhui Province presents great development potential,while the level of economic opening in prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province is more balanced.From the perspective of regional differences,from 2011 to 2021,the overall development,inter-regional development and intra-regional development of the Yangtze River Delta are relatively stable,and the three differences show a trend of decreasing year by year.The spatial autocorrelation results show that the spatial agglomeration of prefecturelevel cities in the Yangtze River Delta is mainly concentrated in the low and low agglomeration areas.The spatial econometric results show that the factors affecting the open economy of the Yangtze River Delta are: economic strength,social development,environmental governance,scientific and technological innovation and government support.Through the establishment of three different spatial weight matrices to test the robustness and credibility of the results of this study,by analyzing the heterogeneity of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta,it is concluded that under different influencing factors and different spatial matrices,the direction and degree of spillover effect of open economic space in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui are different.Finally,based on the relevant empirical research,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward: continue to deepen the reform and promote the all-round development of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta;We will take multiple measures at the same time to improve the comprehensive development of the open economy in the Yangtze River Delta.Optimize the spatial agglomeration state and enhance the positive spatial spillover effect of the Yangtze River Delta.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: From the perspective of research objects,the open economic development level of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta is compared with that of other provinces in China,and then 40 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta are studied,covering a wide range of areas from province to city.In terms of the selection of variables,this paper considers the impact of environmental factors on the open economy of the Yangtze River Delta in the selection of variables,which is not only in line with the current concept of green development,but also conducive to the construction of ecological green integration of the Yangtze River Delta and promoting the development of open economy with green environmental development.From the perspective of empirical method,this paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the open economic development level of prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta under the three matrices of spatial adjacency,geographical distance and economic distance,which is more reliable and scientific than the results under one of the weight matrices.
