Study On The Informatization Construction Of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives

With the development of social and progress of technology, intelligence、big data、cloud computing have gradually become the current mainstream of the informatization construction. Great coupling of informatization and society has became the important force of promoting the development of economic and social.Around the world, information technology has become a main line of financial development and innovation throughout all stages. Almost all financial innovation are inseparable from the support of information technology. IT has become a powerful weapon for the financial institutions to enhance industry competitiveness and core competence. However, rural credit cooperatives, as the main force of rural finance, serve more than 70 percent of the population. But, due to historical conditions, information construction of rural credit cooperatives started late, with a distinct disadvantage in the competition.Today, with the rapid development of information technology,how rural credit cooperatives to see their own advantages and characteristics, clarify their own shortcomings and difficulties, learn, draw, use of existing mature model of informatization construction, explore the road of informatization construction with RCC characteristics, promote speeding the development of informatization construction, that is the focus of this paper.In this paper, the first chapter summarizes and analyzes the most current research trends on informatization and finance informatization, identifies the research directions and ideas in this article. The second chapter reviews the history of foreign and domestic financial informatization, summarizes and analysis the achievements and problems of the previous informatization construction in rural credit cooperatives. In chapter 3,according to the reality of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives informatization construction, compares with the informatization practices of the leading banks, using qualitative and quantitative analysis, in-depth analysis the status,the problems and gaps of rural credit cooperatives in IT application architecture, data architecture, infrastructure and technology management, and try to identify the factors affecting informatization construction. Chapter 4 put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to HNRCC:with the construction of the new generation business system as an opportunity to draw up application architecture planning, with the data standardization as the breakthrough point to make data architecture planning and application, with business continuity as the goal to establish and improve the infrastructure, with the construction of organization mechanism as he emphasis to improve of information technology governance.
