Research On It System Integration Project Team In H Company

In recent years, with the development of computer technology and information technology, of all walks of life increasingly relying on high-tech to improve competitiveness. System integration provides a strong support for enterprise informationization,it companies in the project management of the integration project are also facing a lot of difficulties. There are many factors affecting the success of the system integration projects. We believe that we should start from the project team management, to solve the existing problems in the management of the project team will be able to effectively improve project success rate. This stage talent to master all aspects of technology is not uncommon, but through the efforts of the project manager to manage team, inspire the enthusiasm of the team members is a priority.In this paper, we mainly analyze the project team’s life cycle characteristics, and analyze the effective incentive factors of the project team by understanding the project implementation process of H company.Using the method of literature review, qualitative analysis and case analysis, the paper discusses the problems of power loss and personal development of the project managers in H company. In the practical work, because of the weakening of the power of the project manager, the company and the level of the Department is particularly important. Therefore, I think that effective incentive measures should establish a complete personnel assessment system, the assessment results should be combined with the development of professional development and remuneration, regular training of technical staff, only to achieve the purpose of improving team morale, improve team performance.
