Under this circumstance, the integrated construction mode of coal and electricity came into being.In this paper, the HJB company 2 x 1000000 kW unit project for coal and electricity integration construction mode research, from the project essential condition, economic benefits and social benefits and other aspects of analysis, put forward a different from the first phase of the project management mode, indicating that the project has a high return on investment benefits.
