Study On HT Company’s Software Project Evaluation System

Currently, in the time of information explosion, the software market is under booming development, the demand for software is increasing massively, but the software was out of control seriously. The survey of US software project implementation status shows that only 10% software project could be handover and operate under the expected progress and budget. As the domestic leading company, HT company is also facing this problem, over 80% projects can not implement as requested and planned annually. The evaluation of software project is the important method to improve the software project management, we set HT software company as a example in this article, to analysis the problem and reason of the company’s project evaluation system. Based on the problem, we design the software project evaluation system, covering schedule, cost, quality. At last, to design the application scene of HT software company project evaluation system in the future, installing the software project evaluation system, to assist the company to improve the project progress evaluation system by the software system, in order to evaluate and analysis the software project correctly.
