Along with the software industry development,the software industry is playing more and more important role in the national economy,the software project human resources evaluation has been used more and more,but,there has many problems in the application of human resources evaluation process,affected the software enterprise to carry on the effective human resources evaluation. In order to help the enterprise to appraise its human resources evaluation, to find out its good and bad points, to further improve its human resources evaluation, this article has carried on the following research work.First, we has carried the elaboration on the present situation of our country's software project human resources evaluation, summarized and induced the characteristic and type of the software project human resources evaluation; Elaborated the function of our country's software project human resources evaluation : appraisal function, forecast function and diagnosis function.Second, has cleared about the software project human resources evaluation appraisal goal, the appraisal principle, and has conducted the concrete research on the assessment method.Third, we has established the software project human resources evaluation target model in the analytic hierarchy process method, has determined reasonably each target's weight, has constructed the complete software project human resources evaluation evaluating indicator system.Fourth,we has carried on the appraisal to the classified Jinan's software enterprise using the software project human resources evaluation evaluating indicator system,confirmed the software project human resources evaluation evaluating indicator system, and we give some proposals to Jinan's software project human resources evaluation. It was helpful to the human resources evaluation system's construction and to improve the level of the enterprise's software project human resources evaluation,by constructing and confirming the software project human resources evaluation evaluating indicator system.
