Cold chain logistics plays an important role in our daily life. With the development of socio economic, people’s living standards are improving day by day. At the same time,people’s pursuit of quality of life and the concerns of food safety are increasing.Agricultural products are the raw materials for human life, which makes high distribution cost for its characteristic of large demand, perishable and frozen. Therefore, the research on the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution routing can improve the sales and flow of agricultural products, reducing the distribution cost, improving the benefit of enterprises and customers, and promote the development of cold chain logistics.Firstly, thesis introduces the basic theory of cold chain logistics and vehicle routing problem, expounding the concepts, classification, distribution characteristics of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, analyzing the optimization routing methods, which lays theoretical foundation for the later. Secondly, it analyzes the distribution cost of agricultural products, taken into consideration the time windows, vehicle capacity constraints, customer satisfaction, building agricultural products distribution routing optimization model for the goal of minimum distribution cost. And then, taking the chilled meat distribution in cold chain distribution center of the Meishilin Corporation as an example, to obtain the relevant data, designing the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the distribution routing optimization model, get the optimal distribution route. Finally, it puts forward some effective measures to improve the cold chain distribution efficiency of the distribution center of the Meishilin Corporation.
