With agricultural structure adjustment and improvement of consumer consumptionlevel in our country, the production and circulation of agricultural products increasedyear by year, the whole society put forward higher requirements on the safety andquality of agricultural products. Cold chain logistics as the medium of agriculturalproducts circulation process plays an important role in the whole agricultural productsdistribution. To accelerate the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics distribution. Choosingcold chain logistics distribution route reasonably and reducing cost are effectivemeasures of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises to improve theefficiency of distribution. Therefore, the research of agricultural products cold chainlogistics distribution route optimization problem is of great significance to ensure thequality of agricultural products, improve the competitiveness of agricultural products,meet consumer consumption and promote farmers’ sustained income.Firstly, this paper detailed analyzes the research status of agricultural products coldchain logistics distribution route optimization at home and abroad and its main existingproblems; Secondly, on the basis of relevant theories of cold-chain logistics and vehiclerouting problem, based on the characteristics of agricultural products logisticsdistribution, considering factors such as time window constraints, loss on the way,customer satisfaction, minimizing total cost as the objective function, a agriculturalproducts cold chain logistics distribution route optimization model is established; Again,this paper expounds the basic theories of artificial fish swarm algorithm and ant colonyalgorithm. Combined artificial fish algorithm with ant colony algorithm, the hybridalgorithm is designed. The algorithm steps of agricultural products cold chain logisticsdistribution route optimization are given in detail based on artificial fish-ant colonyalgorithm; Finally, take Meishilin group distribute frozen meat to16fresh stores inurban areas of Handan city as an example and optimize the frozen meat distributionroute using artificial fish-ant colony algorithm. Comparing optimization results withthose by ant colony algorithm proves the feasibility and effectiveness of artificialfish-ant colony algorithm. Some countermeasures and measures are put forward to reduce Meishilin group logistics distribution costs.
