China is an agricultural country,it has large scale of fresh agricultural products markets,but serious damage in the process of circulation of agricultura l products and regional influence is big,this is mainly because our country agricultural products cold chain logistics development is slow,fresh agricultural products supply system often appear disjointed phenomenon,current efficiency is low.In recent years,C hina's fresh agricultural products logistics cost is high,logistics facilities configuration is low,the low level of logistics operation and management,have not form relatively perfect system of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics.In the face of C hina's agricultural products cold chain logistics development present situation,the solutions is to establish a complete set of cold chain logistics system,not only to regulate the whole cold chain logistics related laws and regulations.In this article,through the analysis of characteristics of the agricultural products logistics network structure,elements,and the analysis of the main node in logistics network,together with the present situation of Chinese agricultural cold chain logistics development put forward principle and content of our country's agricultural products logistics network optimization.O n the basis of the construction of the agricultural products cold chain logistics network optimization bi-level programming model,the upper model to determine the best cold-chain logistics center location;Lower level programming to determine the distribution of transportation path.Bi-level programming model in general to two key decisions in agricultural cold chain logistics network targets at the same time,comprehensive optimization,and the total cost of the whole logistics network optimal.Through the design of combining genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm to solve the model of hybrid algorithm is the best location of the cold-chain logistics network nodes and the optimal distribution route.Theory is verified by an example analysis it is concluded that,the location of cold-chain logistics network optimization and distribution route optimization taken together,can reduce the total cost of logistics network as a whole,optimizing the al ocation of resources.
