In the era of knowledge economy and humanistic management, the enterprise staffs as the carrier of knowledge has always played an important role in the enterprise competitive advantage and become the first resource to be attention. Therefore, in order to improve the staff’s sense of belonging and loyalty and make them more engaged in their job, the enterprise constantly studies and analyzes the employee satisfaction.However, the traditional way of staff satisfaction research regarding employees satisfaction analysis as investigation object doesn’t consider that the working conditions, management system and personal circumstances impact on employee satisfaction degree, which always obtains the transient benefits and fail to make each post staff gain long-term satisfaction.So, by measuring and analyzing the employees satisfaction in different positions enterprises can understand each post staff working state and reflect the enterprise management status,meanwhile the firm can improve management in a timely and enhance enterprise cohesive force.In view of this, based on the basic theory of employee satisfaction and the basic characteristic of electronic business enterprise employees, the article combining the personal attributes to show the basic features of e-commerce enterprise staff with the traditional employee satisfaction evaluation index designs the employee satisfaction evaluation index system of electronic commerce enterprise. Then the independent sample T test is adopted to inspect the rationality of six dimensions item in the questionnaire, and each item has a high homogeneity and the underlying similarities of traits and can accurately describe the connotation and key issues themselves. Thirdly the paper uses factor analysis tools to determinate weight coefficient of each evaluation index layer of five types of the job staff satisfaction by conducting a survey of classifications to five jobs employee in JD, and grey correlation evaluation method is used to carrying on the empirical research to five jobs employee satisfaction in JD. Finally, the article puts forward improvement measures on the basis of discussing the staff management problems by the analysis results obtained in JD.
