This paper studies the problem of logistics distribution of a mall.A mall is a network platform. Due to development needs, announced the opening of an independent domain name from the original B2C and C2C in2009years. From a domain independent, specialized is engaged in B2C mode network to provide services. In recent years, the network retail enterprise development like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, B2C and C2C e-commerce develops rapidly, due to the development of A mall earlier, has occupied most of the market share. Trading volume is very considerable, and in online transactions B2C companies have a certain visibility.A mall is the biggest problem in logistics and distribution problems. Choose a suitable mode of logistics is an important factor in the success of the network platform. Logistics and distribution has not traditionally ignored in subsequent work, but the enterprise competition is important one annulus. With the network transaction standardization and specialization increasingly significant, a mall has followed the traditional logistics has been unable to meet the network business and consumer groups. Relying solely on the immaturity of the third party logistics service providers sometimes makes a mall on the buyer and the seller has disputes. Sellers who online usually have light delivery receipt for shipment. They can find a courier company, which issued the commodity when arrive at the hands of both not sellers can control, nor the A mall can control. The seller will often meet buyers’evaluation of some logistics problems, such as the receipt of goods and order goods does not conform to. If a mall cannot prompt delivery, the delivery of product safety not guaranteed with high cost of logistics and so on. Once the occurrence of these problems, related to the replacement, return money, compensation and other events will lead to new problems. Give the buyer and seller are causing distress. Therefore, the A store need to abandon does not meet the development needs of the old logistics mode. Choose a suitable mode of logistics and third party logistics partners, in order to solve the logistics bottleneck, more rapid and stable development and growth. This paper studies how to face their own store of the A mall’s problem of logistic, and the future logistics development trend of research. Through the analysis of the current situation and the domestic success of B2C mode network platform experience, proposed for the store of the A reference model of logistics.
