This paper describes the development of equipment manufacturing industry,the existing problems and development trends in Fujian Province, analysising the existing policy, effectiveness and problems.of the manufacturing industry. Through combing the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries and other provinces and cities in promoting the development of equipment manufacturing industry, analyzing the Enlightenment of these policies to Fujian. Finally, according to the existing policy issues, in the grasp of the development trend of the equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian, based on the domestic and foreign policy, put forward the policy measures to speed up the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Fujian. The research considers that the Fujian equipment manufacturing industry has a certain development basis, in the development of equipment manufacturing industry.
