Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Facilities Agricultural Equipment In Fujian Province

Facility agriculture is a kind of agricultural production mode, under the artificial regulation environment, realizing agricultural high yield, high quality and high efficiency. Equipment is the basis of facility agriculture, improve the level of facility agricultural equipment is important to promote the development of facility agriculture. This paper focuses on the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province.The present situation and the trend of facility agricultural equipment are summarized at home and abroad. To investigate and analyze the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province, point out some problems in the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province, including non-standard facility design and construction, the number of facility is high but the level and efficiency is low, lack of production machinery equipment and tools and low degree of mechanization, poor environment control ability, the shortage of talent; farmer’s low cultural level, inadequate government subsidies and lack of technology transfer, land-use matters, and so on. Then use the SWOT analytic method to analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province, thinks that the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province with advantages and disadvantages, coexists in the opportunities and the threats. The location, climate, biological resources and so on is the main advantages, but facility technology, fund and management are primary restricts in the process of development.According to the reality in Fujian province, from the development of present situation and the trends in domestic and overseas, emphasis the countermeasures and suggestions. In order to develop the facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province some suggestions are put forward. Firstly, pay attention to the quality of of facility agriculture development, regional distribution, regional integration, coordinate win food development, implement pollution-free production. Secondly, research and development should be reinforced, focus on micro-tillage machine,micro-drip irrigation, shutter machine, CO2generator and so on, pay attention to improve facilities standard system. Thirdly, increase the investment and strengthen the supervision, publicity and services. Finally, perfect the personnel training system, strengthen agriculture technology training. The research results can provide reference for the development of facility agricultural equipment in Fujian province.
