In recent years, workplace bullying has been widespread concern around the world researchers, and has become work and health psychology research hotpot. After 20 years of research and development, workplace bullying has accumulated a rich field of theoretical and empirical results. But in China, the study on workplace bullying started is late, and lacks of the theory empirical study. For our corporate, they pay little attention on workplace bullying, and has not realized its dangers. In addition, with the coming of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers in the enterprise’s position has become increasingly prominent, and occupational adaptation of knowledge workers, as in the transition of students to staff, suffered a variety of problems, whether they can success through the adaptation period or not is not only closely related to their career, but also closely related to the development and growth of enterprises. Therefore, there is important theoretical and practical significance to study on occupation adaptation of knowledge workers and explore the impact of workplace bullying attitude to their work.The study used a questionnaire survey of empirical research methods, collected a total of 204 valid questionnaires and then through the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis explored the dimensions of each variable, and tested reliability and validity of the scale, at last form a formal questionnaire; during the data processing, the study used Excel2007, SPSS18.0 software for data analysis descriptive statistics, independent samples T-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis, the conclusions are:First, through the exploratory factor analysis,the study established the dimensions of each variable, workplace bullying consists of two dimensions:the work bullying and the interpersonal bullying; job satisfaction consists of two dimensions:the endogenous satisfaction and exogenous satisfaction, affective commitment, turnover intention and organizational identification are single dimension.Second, the bullying levels of our knowledge workers in occupational adaptation is in medium level, indicating that the concept of hierarchy of employees affected by the Confucian cultural is also deep in staff,corporate should take measures to reduce bullying.Third, Workplace bullying and its dimensions can significantly predict occupational adaptation of knowledge workers’ job satisfaction and its dimensions, affective commitment and turnover intention.Fourth, in occupational adaptation,organization identification of knowledge workers play an intermediary role between workplace bullying and its dimension and their job satisfaction, turnover intention, play an full intermediary role between workplace bullying and its dimension and emotional commitment.At last, in the demographic variables, the nature of corporate has a significant impact on the workplace bullying; gender, job category have a significant impact on the work bullying, marital status has a significant influence on interpersonal bullying. Other effects are not significant.
