Research On The Rural Infrastructure Of Qichun County

Rural infrastructure is one of the most important content of new rural construction in our country, influence the rural and national economic development。However, the urban-rural gap has been in our country for a long time, the lack of rural infrastructure which leads the condition of agricultural production can not keep up with demand restricts the development of rural economy seriously.Therefore, accelerating the construction of rural infrastructure, not only can change the rural living environment,but also can promote the comprehensive reform of rural productivity narrow the gap between urban and rural, and lay a solid foundation for the construction of new countryside.The current situation of infrastructure construction of Qichun county which is an agricultural large county and the demonstration zone of Hubei new rural construction as the same time has the distinct representative in Hubei Province since the twelfth five year plan. But the research about Qichun rural infrastructure development is hardly any. This paper studies the rural infrastructure construction of Qichun county, through analyzing the present situation of the development of Qichun County,find out the reasons,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions through learning from the development experience of other regions.The main research contents: first chapter, introduction, mainly expounds the research background and the purpose, then makes a summary analysis on the research on infrastructure of previous domestic and foreign scholars; The second chapter,starting from the connotation of rural infrastructure, describes the content and features of rural infrastructure and the related theory; The third chapter, describes the study area of this paper, the general situation of Qichun County and current situation of infrastructure development; The fourth chapter, discusses the issues of the rural infrastructure development of Qichun county from transportation, water conservancy, science and education and financial investment four aspects, and analyzes the causes of the problem.The fifth chapter, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problem of the rural infrastructure development in Qichun county.
