Research On The Development Of Green Food Industry In Mudanjiang

Green food, which is safe and pollution-free, gets more and more attention, along with the economic development and the improvement of the people’s living standard.The development of green food adapts to the times, which is also good for the sustainable use of resources & environment, and development of society & economy. Benefitting from the strategic location and rich natural resources, Mudanjiang City is a high quality producing areas of green food production. To improve the quality and safety of agricultural products, enhance the scale and quality competitiveness of regional agriculture,which has an important role to promote farmers’ income and cost, Mudanjiang City should develop green food production, and transform the mode of agricultural production. While there are still some problems of Mudanjiang City’s green food industry development, which needs further study.This paper addresses the issue of Mudanjiang green food industry development, from five aspects.Firstly this paper introduces the concept of green food and green food industry, defines the research scope for future research, and expounds the related theoretical basis, namely agricultural industrialization theory, ecological economy theory and sustainable development theory. Secondly the research analyzes the Mudanjiang City advantages for the development of green food industry and the development present situation,that Mudanjiang City’s green food industry develops well with the help of the city’s excellent geographical location and resource advantages of the policy. Thirdly in the Shandong province, Xinjiang autonomous region, Anhui province, and United States, Japan as examples, this paper introduces the successful experience for the development of green food industry both at home and abroad,from which getting inspiration that Mudanjiang City should strengthen the legal system construction of green food industry development, technology transfer, quality supervision, government support and so on. Fourthly basing on a large amount of data, data statistics, analysis, this paper analyzes the following problems and its causes, fund shortage, imperfect market system, and poor brand awareness. Finally in view of the above problems, this paper provides some suggestions about the brand construction, government supervision regulation, introducing the technology of funds, improving the level of cognition and so on.
