Over the years, operation mode of Zaozhuang commercial Bank is given priority to "sector bank", having different management standards, Rules and regulations is too cumbersome, complex operation, which have a certain impact on the development of commercial Banks. Commercial banks transform management model to "processing bank", establish modern company management specialization operation process. In this paper, Zaozhuang commercial Bank as the research object, provide new thought for the bank business process reengineering.Since 2010 when centralized processing has been come into being in Zaozhuang commercial Bank, its operational efficiency and quality has improved greatly. Banks’ risk control level have been strengthened. But there is question still existed that is construction of standard, quality management, outsourcing management efficiency, system functions, business processes, human resource allocation. Zaozhuang commercial Bank are the main reasons why the lack of unified planning, business operation flow process design lack of linkage coordination, to process the bank concept fuzzy, inadequate in its human resources.To promote commercial bank business process reengineering, based on the experience of the advanced international commercial Banks to process reengineering, based on Zaozhuang commercial bank’s strategic transformation and the actual process of the reformation of the bank, in order to guarantee the service comprehensive ability of outlets as the foundation, according to the principle of customer-focused, to redesign the key link of the commercial bank business operation process. At the bank counter to accept the link, in order to improve customer satisfaction and actual experience as the goal, to repartition of outlets, the implementation of personnel allocation create positions, optimize the ark combination of labor, improve the service efficiency. In the background processing link, build business processing center, achieve business processing "multi-channel acceptance, cross-regional, intensive and efficient and accurate charge to an account" and \ "risk centralized control, to ensure safe operation" run risk control target.Business process reengineering is a systematic engineering, process reform around "in order to improve the efficiency and quality, strengthen the operational risk control, with the standardization of the standard management" concept, goals for reconstruction, through the full application of information technology, optimizes the allocation of human resources, perfect the relevant system, a sound guarantee mechanism and so on four aspects of the implementation of business process reengineering to provide safeguards.
