The Research On The Oulity Information Management Of The Weapon Assurance Project

Along with the gradually thorough of the quality management system construction and the continuously exaltation of the customer’s need, the war industry enterprises of our country gradually formed a kind of quality management system style combined with the system and the project which faced to the customer’s need. In order to satisfy the customer’s need better, implementing effective management of the whole life span period quality information is becoming urgently day by day.This thesis carries on the research on how to use the information system to realize the collection of the arms information, and the research on the A product and B product in the X Machinery Factory are studied.The main work is the following:1、Through the quality information management method and the related theory,and the investigation and study on the present situation of the enterprise quality information management, and the integrated use of the brainstorming, and the quality information feature method, the project group of manufacturing quality information management model are proposed. The model consists of two core, three levels, four modules, and six steps. Through the acquisition of the key information, the monitoring project indicators can realize the effective management of the project quality information, so as to enhance the rapid reaction capability.2、In A product as the object, the thorough research on the project alarm subsystem were conducted. Starting from the sort of the product structure, using the expert investigation method, step by step determined the weight of all levels of the product structure, making the key information collection table to capture the key information, thus figured out the complete satisfaction levels, finally calculated the satisfaction of the XXFS supporting system in a certain time. Through the satisfaction, the project managers and the project responsibility persons can understand the progress of the project more intuitive judgment.3、In B product as the object, from the the use of two kinds of circumstances of the quality information management model proposed by the author, and processing a full range of five aspects of the information content, information carrier, process, management responsibility, evaluation index, the project application research were conducted.Through the research of the quality information management to ensure the equipment, along with the research contents of quality information management of military enterprises, provides a reference for the majority of the military industrial enterprises to promote the quality management of the construction of information, and also provides an of the project whole life, the whole process of quality management information assurance for the vast mass worker and information workers research on the equipment of the military industrial enterprises.
